Residential Services

The Town of Mountain View partners with the following providers to offer the following residential services:

Beginning in the Spring of 2023, Summit Waste is the weekly trash service provider for all residential units. Trash is picked up on a weekly basis on Thursday's.  Recycling is picked up every other Thursday.  The annual trash and recycle schedule is posted on the Community Events Calendar.

The West Metro Fire Protection District provides fire protection for the town. Water for the Town of Mountain View is also provided by and billed by the Wheat Ridge Water District. Water issues should be reported directly to them at 303-424-2844.

Mountain View partners with the City of Wheat Ridge to provide our residents with special rates for use of Wheat Ridge Parks and Recreational facilities.

Residents are able to utilize any television service provider; however, the town has a franchise agreement with Comcast for cable television. The Comcast customers service number is 303-930-2000.

The Town partners with SAFEbuilt for home improvement permits and fencing.  For more information, please visit the Town's Building Department webpage.
